This is my story. It all happened on the afternoon the 30th of August. It was a beutiful day and I was on my way home from a job in Färjestaden. When I got home, I found water on the kitchen floor. Somehow there was a leak. I got my tools and opened up the doors to the sink. And started to work. When I reached in to examine the pipes, they seemed to be futher in than I remembered. I had to crawl inside the cabinet, and as I did so, I discovered that it just continued. So I kept on crawling further and further into the cabinet. In the end of the tunnel I saw a light, and when I got there, I realized I was in the future. I meet myself as 72 years old, the year was 2042. I did a lot of tests on him to see if he was really me. And the strange thing is that he knew everything about me. Where I hid my secret stuff when I was in first grade, and what the score was in the soccer match against Växjö Norra in the summer of -88. He knew it all. We even had the same tatoo, although he's was a litte faded. He told me some of the stuff that will happen, but not so much. And I promised not to tell anyone. I first wanted to participate in September's ten-min-mix competition, but I noticed some things weren't right: First: the audio skips sometimes. I don't know how this is possible, but it does skip. Just bad luck for me. Second: I thought my mobile phone had better video quality than my webcam, so I recorded my mix with it. But I forgot I didn't have much space on the internal memory left, so it stopped around 7 minutes ... Third (almost forgot): The video isn't really synced the best with the music. So please don't complain about it ;) I combined my timecode setup with normal vinyl. Only the right deck uses timecode vinyl. One of their B-Sides. It was a B-Side on "All I Want Is You", the last single release of "Rattle And Hum" in June 1989, beside of "Everlasting Love" the other B-Side of this record. Well, I really fell in love with that song. I'm sorry for being an newbie on music, the first version I ever heard from the beginning till end was the Gareth Gates cover and so I got to know the Righteous Brothers version, which is 1000 times better. But this one so special to me, I can't stop listening to Bono's incredible sexy voice. =) Enjoy. (..less)
