I was out with my friend 'Richspoiltguy' and as i was lying down on this rooftop terrace at our humble Esplanade, I used my camera phone to shoot down this scene of my friend text messaging another person. I find that it gives a very mellow and subdued sad tone. So I came up with a storyline to fit this setting. So here it is. A very simple film about a boy who got dumped by his boyfriend, who found that he would rather lead a heterosexual lifestyle. The voiceover (done by yours truly) shows what is going on in our protagonist's head. The text apprearing on the screen is what our protagonist types on his mobile phone. I hope you enjoy it. In 11.02.2006 (this Saturday) the diva of Turkish rock Sebnem Ferah was performing in Bostanci Gosteri Merkezi which is an important concert area in Istanbul Turkiye. She was singing her own songs, especailly from her last studio album: "Can Kiriklari". She also performed a cover after saying "I didn't do covers for a long time in Istanbul. Tonight I want to sing 'Gates of Bablyon' from Rainbow. Sometimes I make covers in my concerts, because I want you to learn where we come from. This is Episode One, the first expansion to Half-Life 2, running on a MacBook (Intel Core Duo 1,83 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Intel integrated graphics) by using Bootcamp and Windows XP Pro SP2. The video quality isn't too good since I had to use my mobile phone to record it. Some notes: Resolution is 1024x768, most of the graphic options on maximum level. Most of the time, the game runs smooth, but in certain lighting conditions, framerate drops to less than 5fps (notice the performance drop when using the flashlight). (..less)
