In 11.02.2006 (this Saturday) the diva of Turkish rock Sebnem Ferah was performing in Bostanci Gosteri Merkezi which is an important concert area in Istanbul Turkiye. She was singing her own songs, especailly from her last studio album: "Can Kiriklari". She also performed a cover after saying "I didn't do covers for a long time in Istanbul. Tonight I want to sing 'Gates of Bablyon' from Rainbow. Sometimes I make covers in my concerts, because I want you to learn where we come from. These groups and singers are our inspiration sources, teachers, reasons we begin to music and idols". Hearing Ronnie James Dio's lyrics from Sebnem Ferah's voice and Ritchie Blackmore's guitar solos from Metin Turkcan's guitar (he was a member of Pentagram which is a group known as MezarKabul in Europe) were preferential for Sebo fans. This historical moment was recorded by my mobile phone, however the recorder wasn't me. My friend Tolga recorded this with my mobile phone. He was at back and I think he doesn't know how to zoom with Sony Ericsson k700i. That's why the video's quality is bad. You don't have to watch. Genesis hit my local city of Manchester (England, United Kingdom UK, Great Britain) yesterday. I support Manchester United so it made it extra special for me to see my favourite band play at my favourite football team's stadium. I did not film the whole show as I wanted a bit of a dance and a sing. Plus my arm started to ache after about 10 minutes of holding the camera in the air and it also was a bit annoying to keep checking that I had a good image because I wanted to watch the show! It is not excellent quality as it was only filmed on my mobile phone (Sony K800i). This one features another medley of "In The Cage", "Cinema Show", "Duke's Travels" and "Afterglow". I unfortunately didn't get the last part of Afterglow as my mate phoned me and the video stopped. (..less)

This is Episode One, the first expansion to Half-Life 2, running on a MacBook (Intel Core Duo 1,83 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Intel integrated graphics) by using Bootcamp and Windows XP Pro SP2. The video quality isn't too good since I had to use my mobile phone to record it. Some notes: Resolution is 1024x768, most of the graphic options on maximum level. Most of the time, the game runs smooth, but in certain lighting conditions, framerate drops to less than 5fps (notice the performance drop when using the flashlight). (..less)

A montage I made for my daughter's 3rd birthday, last September. She's the most beautiful thing in the world and the most amazing thing I ever created. I made this for her and my family but I thought I'd like to share with anyone out there, who happens upon this clip, how much I love Isabelle and how cute she is. Also, with Mother's Day, I thought it would be nice for her mum as well. Yes, I know... Quite how an ugly bugger like me managed to make her I'll never know! She gets her looks from her mum, I think! And she bears a remarkable resemblance to our milkman at the time... :) Sorry for the poor video quality of the little clip in the middle, it was taken on my mobile phone at the time and is low resolution. But it was a rather magical moment and the movie wouldn't be the same without it. Also featuring her mum, grandma, great grandma and me. The soundtrack is John Lennon's "Imagine" and Keane's "Hamburg Song". I chose these because Isabelle loved listening to Imagine when she was a little baby and the Hamburg Song reminds me of her very much. Thanks. Isabelle's very proud Daddy. (..less)
