We caught up with Slash and Matt Sorum at the MAP Benefit show to discuss the movie and their thoughts on working on an animated project with Steven Spielberg. "I don't think it's really a kids movie, it's a little bit dark. I think every one will dig it. It's really well done, it's Spielberg so it's awesome. We're doing the end title for that right now and we're working with Dave Sardis who worked with Jett and Wolfmother. I used my cell phone to play some random videogame songs. I pressed the number keys to hear sounds, but didn't press dial so I could play music. My thoughts: You might hear a different beep throughout the songs. This is clearing the phone's screen of all the numbers keyed in, because the phone can only key in 40 numbers at most, and the closer you reach to 40, the slower it goes. Feel free to say I have a s***ty phone, because I do. Also, I'm actually not that great when it comes to playing music myself. But hey, it's creative fun, using a cell phone like this. (..less)
