Difficult calls for Utah Jazz fans to live with. Everyone knows that MJ pushed off on Bryon Russell on the go ahead shot in Game Six, and while it would have been very difficult for a ref to make the call against the premier player in the league there were two calls earlier in the game that may have changed the outcome of the game and given Jazz fans a Dick Bavetta complex. Play one: Howard Eisley's three is taken away due to a called 24 second violation with the Jazz up 4 with approxiamately 9:50 to play in the second quarter. Play two: Ron Harper hits a 2 point field goal as the shot clock expires to tie the game at 79 with 4:00 to play in the fourth quarter. Refs were not allowed to review the video for shot clock violations in 1998, and if they could have the Jazz certainly would have been awarded Eisley's three in the 2nd and Harper would not have been awarded 2 points in the 4th. The fact that the ball was 5 feet out of Eisley's hand with 1 second left on the clock leads some to wonder... Game Seven would have been played in Utah, Scottie Pippen still would not have been one hundred percent, and the Jazz would have had all the momentum after winning two in a (..less)

This video includes the live radio coverage from the two major all-news AM stations in New York, 1010 WINS and WCBS 880. I held my radio near the camera so that the reports were recorded live on the video. You will also hear my voice relaying to my wife via mobile phone that I believed 7WTC had just collapsed. Note also how, on the 1st Argentina goal handball by Maradona, it starts up with even the English commentator stating that "Maradona just walked away from Hoddle then". 8 seconds later, that same star player Maradona, allowed to run freely in the park (without hindrance from England players putting a body or a hand on him to impede this known star player) by crooked England players, winds up free in the penalty area to handball the goal, to make the score England 0 Argentina 1. Posted here is a short film I shot whilst working on the FilmON project in Uzbekistan. It's a little documentary that was shot on my mobile phone camera about my time over there. The film is a bit disjointed and this was due to me nearly causing an international incident. Basically I was shooting some footage from my car when we went past an [unidentified] embassy whose security detail quickly chased me back to the hotel. I had to delete 30% of the footage which included a lot of good stuff. Working in Uzbekistan was one of the best experiences I've ever had. It was terrific working with some truly talented local filmmakers (one of them had already made a gangster feature and broadcast on Russian television) and having excellent support from the British Council Uzbekistan office team. The Giant house spider (Tegenaria duellica; formerly known as T. gigantea) is a member of the genus Tegenaria and is a close relative of both the Domestic house spider and the infamous Hobo spider. The bite of this species does not pose a threat to humans or pets. An established population of Giant house spiders is generally considered to be a deterrent to the establishment of a Hobo spider population. Giant house spiders compete with Hobo spiders for the same resources. Male Giant house spiders will often kill Hobo spiders and won't hesitate to make a meal of one. Up until 1987, the Giant house spider held the record as the fastest spider in the world. The record has since been awarded to a species of African Sun Spiders (Solifugae), which aren't actually spiders at all. The Giant house spider is indigenous to north western Europe and the pacific northwest of North America. The webs built by the Giant house spider are flat and messy with a funnel at one end. The spider lurks in the funnel until a small invertebrate happens to get trapped in the web, at which point the spider runs out and attacks it. T (..less)
