Uphoneblog was created by two friends (Leandro & Matias). Their love of computers and mobile phones, gave birth to this site that could help everyone to share their life with friends and family and communicate with others all around the world, anytime, anywhere using just your mobile phone.

In early 2008 Uphoneblog was purchased by Global Net Ltd, a Uk based marketing company. Global Net plans to expand the Uphoneblog community and build upon the basic principles setup by its founders that UphoneBlog is Free for all.
